Avast Browser - How to uninstall

I want to uninstall the Avast Browser, but when trying to do so, I am told that I do not have sufficient access (I am in the administrator account)

I have also tried to uninstall with an uninstaller application and again am unable to do so.

Does anyone know how to uninstall the Avast Browser?

The link DavidR originally posted is different from the one shown now.

I’ve now uninstalled using the Tool.

I changed the link as that could well have been language specific, the latter I believe is better as it could redirect to language specific FAQ.
