avast browser will not open

just received my notice that my account will be billed again for another year and now my avast browser will not open. how do i open the browser? PLEASE HELP

Can you please describe the problem in more detail? Step by step will be just the best way

Also, did you try to open it as Administrator (mouse right-click)?
