Hi,

We have just released Avast Business Antivirus Client Version 18.5. This release brings some enhancements and bugs fixes.

New Client Enhancements

  • Notification alerts! A blue dot now appears on our system tray icon when you have a notification.
  • Restore anywhere! Restore files from the Virus Chest to any location by clicking “Restore as”
  • Improved our installation and update processes
  • The Master Agent and Local Update Server options in the Cloud Console will now start distributing program files and virus definition updates files to your 18.5 devices on the network. To learn more about how the Master Agent and Local Update Server features work, please refer to our Avast Business - 5.6 Cloud Management Console release notes.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed: Antivirus service now runs properly when you open the UI
  • Fixed: Clicking “Subscription information” in our system tray menu now opens the correct screen (for un-managed devices)
  • Fixed: Firewall status is now properly reported in Windows Security Center
  • Fixed: Disabled shields now appear correctly in our system tray menu
  • Fixed: A few activation code bugs

That is nice, but how I put this version into On-Premise Console? There is still old version and if I try to update program on devices manually, I see new version (18.5.2535), but update fails with unknown error. The same happens in ashUpd.exe.
