My “on premise” AVAST Business Console has gone belly up.
Console main page started showing no summary data, though the device page was populated. AVAST Support had me uninstall and reinstall the software, and now I have nothing. Console is working, but no data at all. Support now says I have to remove and reinstall from all 45 devices - by hand!
Have had the product for 6 months now, and its has been a real struggle. Constantly fixing things. Any suggestions how to make this software work well? Right now I’d say the product is not ready for prime time
