Avast Business Hub 8.19

We’re happy to announce that Avast Business Hub 8.19 has been released! (April 28, 2021).

The release brings several smaller improvements and optimizations.

New Feature(s) & Enhancements
• Added a new column to the Task page under the Device detail page with information about task creator.
• Added task result link to the Task page under the Device detail page.
• Added WAN IP Address to the Device list export.
• Added support to resolve device alerts across multiple devices and multiple sites/customers from the Global Devices page showing devices across multiple sites/customers.
• Slightly adjusted design of the page for adding devices.
• Removed the beta label from the Master agent functionality supporting multiple local update servers.
• Updated Patch management report with adjusted deployment reasons.

Resolved issues
• Fixed an issue with devices shown as online while they were offline.
• Fixed an issue with alerts on the Dashboard where they were not removed automatically after a user resolved them.
• Fixed an issue with VPN being installed even though it’s disabled in the policy.
• Fixed an issue with installation of Remote control service.
• Fixed an issue with the support ticket form not being cleared automatically after the ticket is submitted successfully.
• Fixed an issue with downloading installer from a link when the Remote control service was a part of the installer.
• Fixed the AV Threats tab pagination under the Device detail page when there is more than 1 page.
