Hello,

I installed Avast Business protection on our network. On all of the 15 workstations the software has caused the pc’s to be extremely slow. Where in the main console of Avast Business Protection can I manage the settings for those workstations?
I would like to exclude file scanning and other items. However I cannot find where to do this.
If I go to a workstation and change the settings it reverts back to the old settings. Please let me know how to resolve this. I called tech support and I was told they have no support via phone for business products???

You must change the settings from the console… if you change the settings from the client, the settings will be overwrite from the settings present in the console.
You must go in the console under NETWORK->GROUP VIEW->select your group or DEFAULT GROUP->EDIT GROUP SETTINGS.
Under this you can choose the shiled and add exclusion.
