Inferno Solutions in Kansas, US
root SA in Luxembourg
PT Comunicacoes S.A. in Portugal

Buck

They look like Malwarebytes blocking logs to me.

All traffic on the system has to go through avastsvc.exe so that is why avast is registered there as the process but the blocked IP has nothing to do with avast, some of the IP’s that are blocked are related to the company names in your signiture PT Comunicacoes S.A. in Portugal - and root SA in Luxembourg - and Inferno Solutions in Kansas, check here http://ip-lookup.net/index.php

So its not actually an avast problem but malwarebyte’s IP blocking is catching traffic related to those companys leaving your system, so you can either add those IP’s to the trusted list in Malwarebytes or untick website blocking in Malwarebytes.

Ok, thanks !! I was unaware it would read that way on the log. I’ll keep looking then thanks again .
