Avast can you make auto sandbox get along with Elsinores ScreenConnect product?

I recommend Avast to my clients as the free AV of choice. I use to use Teamviewer so I didn’t have any issue with Avast auto sandbox. I recently switched to Elsinores ScreenConnect and anytime I update versions Avast auto sandbox gets in the way.
