avast cancellation

Can someone help?

I want to cancel my avast subscription and have already done the following:

  1. tried to use the Manage Subscriptions feature without success
  2. submitted two tickets on October 28, 2015, and October 30, 2015, requesting a cancellation – no. 12136 and no. 13940, waiting still for replies
  3. sent a (private) message to forum moderator yesterday – and am still waiting for a reply

If someone can suggest any viable options so that I may receive a cancellation number, it would be appreciated.

It can take 7 to 10 days for a reply. Each new request starts the process again.
