avast can't detect virus X97M.Laroux.gen

X97M.Laroux.gen detected by Symantec Mail Security but not avast.
Any solution ? ???

Can you send the samples to virus@avast.com ?
You can zip and password the files… Inform a link to this thread and the password used.
You can send the files to Chest and, from there, resend to Alwil for analysis.

Ya just send to avast@virus.com.

Hope will get the solution soon as all our customer rejected the mail.

Where do you have Symantec Mail Security installed and is it part of a Security suite including an antivirus ?
