Avast cant scan file.

Hi i recently did a full scan on my laptop and avast found a virus and moved it to the chest. So i did another scan to see if everything was ok and after the scan finished there was a file it couldn’t scan because it is password protected. I have attached a scree grab of what came up in the report. I not sure what it is but through some research i think it is a 7zip file extension. I have never had 7zip installed so no idea how it got on there.

Any help would be really appreciated.
