avast caused problem in excel the file is locked for editing

I am running Excel on Windows 10. When accessing my excel file in Onedrive, it shown:
“This file is locked by another user.” It can only opened as read-only.

After disabling AVAST, this problem go away. Kindly help to look into this.

I’ve tried this solution earlier from the forum, it doesn’t worked.

  • Which AV(s) did you use before Avast…?

If Avast Premium, have you checked your Avast Firewall is set to “Private”?

Avast Premier Security
program verion:20.9.2437 (build 20.9.5758.612)
virus definition version:201122-4

Windows 10 Pro version 1909 64bit

Previously using the same, only recently I reinstall all my software and have this problem. Again, after I disable Avast, this problem does not appear.

Firewall set to private too

Repair Avast:

  1. Avast GUI → Settings → Troubleshooting
  2. Click on ‘REPAIR APP’.
  3. Follow instructions.
  4. Reboot.
