I saw there was a previous post on this topic but i couldnt find the fix but it matches my exact issue my net goes out just long enough to disconnect me from any online service (about 3s) then comes back. it happens about every 15 minutes

What operating system? What version of Avast? What other security related apps are installed?
I am using windows 10 and im using the trial version of avast premium version 210824-4 application version 21.6.2474 avast is also the only security program on my pc

Are you on WiFi or LAN? What error message do you get when the internet is disconnected?
Could you please temporarily disable the Avast Shields and see if there is a difference (Right-click on the Avast Antivirus icon in the system tray > click on Avast Shields Control > select an option)
If you notice an improvement, please re-enable them one by one, starting with the Firewall and see if the issue occurs again.
i am using wifi with the router less than 1 foot away there is also no error message when it goes out it also goes out randomly theres times its fine for about 8 hours then theres times its every 15 minutes ill try the shield disabling and report back
As it does it at random ive only been able to test the firewall shield at the moment it is not firewall though as the issue persisted
so for the last 8h i have been having the issue and it persists through ALL shields off however if i uninstall avast and remove all of its files off my pc the issue disappears as i did a complete uninstall and the issue was gone

I updated 2d ago and yesterday was great no issue but now the issue is back
- Enable debug logging (Menu > Settings > General > Troubleshooting > Enable debug logging) and reproduce the issue.
- Follow instructions: https://support.avast.com/article/33/ and post the File-ID or name of the Support-File here afterwards.
As i have to wait for it to go out before i can start it i just sent the file the file # was 20210830_0724_8M9JX_1714906452

Same issues here. I have the full meal deal from Avast; it has been working well (for the past 2 months). But this week, all Internet connectivity is a failure. I’m working at 1/4 speed, rebooting every half hour, losing the internet, total chaos, very slow even when it reboots. Am running Windows 10. Am very close to cancelling my subscriptions and uninstalling.
Not yet, but Bob did push it already.

Your experience might be related to the recent AntiTrack issue. Could you please ensure that you have Avast AntiTrack v2.2.453.514 (AntiTrack > Menu > Settings > Check for updates)
