Avast CD by Mail

I never received my Product CD by regular mail.
How can I check into this?

Welcome to the forum.
There isn’t any CD. You download the program from the internet and install it as you’ve already done.

You can check with sales (at) avast (dot) com.

I wasn’t aware you could order a CD with your purchase.

Where did you order this CD?

This was an e-mail that came with my registration key
when I purchased the product. It was from AVAST
in a non-reply e-mail. I purchased the product
some months ago and have had no issues. I was just looking
over some saved e-mails and came across the part
about the CD that I never received.

I never heard avast delivers a CD…

avast! doesn’t, but the on-line shop may offer such possibility (meaning that they burn the purchased product on a CD and send it to the customer, I guess).

Did yo buy it on the offical site or another one? If you got it on an other site please post us a picture of what it looks like. I remeber there was a site that pretended to sell avast.
