Avast changing my computer time

Hi all, good day.

I like avast and have been using it for years.

However, Avast keep blocking my time sync, and my clock keeps changing randomly. Every random time it wants to sync, avast blocks it and it is reverted to some random time, perhaps last successful sync. It is quite annoying and I am not sure how to fix it, perhaps put an exception to w32tm.exe. I know it is avast, as every time clock changes I set avast to slient/gaming mode and sync the time to the proper one. Few years ago South Australia has changed its daylight savings time, and I would say it started happening since then. Only today I found the cause of the problem, only use it rarely as I have few other comps. I have Windows 7 ultimate running and running free version of avast.

PS, visualization process sometimes gives me blue screen of death.

any other security programs installed? … like another AV ?

Sounds more like a hardware problem.
