I cancelled my suscription to Avast at first week of June, but in the midle of that month Avast charged me to my credit card >:(
One week ago I put my claim but a person from Customer Care (Luis M.) just say that is under investigation but no advance.

What has no sense for me is that Luis M. says that with the data I gave it would be “very dificult” to find my charge. I gave ALL information needed. Hard to beleive that it takes more than 1 hour to find out. By now 5 days waiting!!
