I had purchased a 1 key Avast premier last year for 19 Euro offer , but in the second year, meaning in December 2018 , I was charged 70 Euros. I was not advised about this in the contract and want to know how can I have my money back, I feel scammed
It sounds like the ‘auto Renewal’ was not disabled when you purchased original offer.
Please go to http://support.avast.com and “Submit a Support Ticket”. If you want to request a refund and have auto-renewal disabled please provide as much info as possible about your case.
