avast charged me for premium

avast charged me for premium which i didn’t want, and i cannot request refund, because they say i need some details from the email they sent me, THEY DID NOT SEND ME AN EMAIL!!! i cannot contact them by email or phone, every time i phone , it gets cut off, i have no alternative but to contact my credit card company, i will not be paying this to my credit card company, and have told them so, beware people…
