I’ve seen that avast has moved 3 system files (kernel32.dll, winsock.dll and wsock32.dll) in his chest, why? They are not infected, they are in the chest under System Files.
Avast did not move them. It created copies of them so it can restore them if something happens. This is explained in the help file. See the section “Using the Chest”
but i’ve not run the vrdb
Read my post again. And read the help file.
K thx, only anotehr question about the vrdb, how many hours or days it takes to create the vrdb?
I’ve seen that i change the frequency that the vrdb recheck the database editing the avast4.ini but i’ve not found where, because i don’t have RunInterval…
how many hours or days it takes to create the vrdb?Depends on a lot of things. There is no way to tell (unless you use a very complicated formula) CPU type, memory, other things running, hd speed, chipset etc etc etc

Suggestion:
Read the help file en use the search option on this board. You can find a lot of answers that way.
