The site opens just fine here with IE when I try.

Opens fine in IE6 for me even though I haven’t got the Chinese Language pack loaded on my system.

There exists some bug in some versions of IE, which causes improper handling of UTF-8 encoding used on our website. Please try to disable auto-detection and set enconding of websites by hand to UTF-8 in settings of Internet Explorer (View->Encoding).

Thank you, I enabled auto-select in encoding, and the page displays well now.
