Avast Clean up Premium Cancellation/Refund

Hi

I was checking my back account today and I have noticed a payment of £59.99. After calling my bank they notified me this payment was for your company, Avast.
I have no recollection of stting up any payment with your company. I also weren’t notified of any payment due to come out by you.
How can I cancel this payment and get a refund?
Why I wasn’t notified prior the payment was done?
Can someone get back to me soon, regarding this matter?

If you don’t have an order # use 00000000 then explain your problem.

I do not wish to renew Avast Cleanup .All three accounts were rolled in together and do not expire until Oct.23/2020 .
