Avast Clean Up Premium - Clean. Up - But "Things" are still there

I have Avast Premium.
And use Avast Clean Up Premium.

My question is :
Why is things, who are cleaned up - Still there - Next day, and next day, and next day ?
Who do Avast Clean Up not clean up - ?
The first of the places “A”. Start. Cleaned up. But not cleaned up ! ? !

Also in Free Space.
Cleaned up - But not cleaned up after all.

Two places. Who I keep cleaning up - But are exactly the same - The day after. Or ½ an hour after.

What is wrong ?

How can I fix it ?

I do have Avast Cleanup Premium installed as well. In the beginning I thought would be a good purchase, but later on I realized that this Cleanup Premium gives you notifications only in regards of your PC fix and problems. If you want to to fix those issues you need to purchase and unlock other programs. It’s a bit dodgy. But, it is what it is. As matter of fact, as from today I unsubscribed from it.

First I don’t use Avast Clean Up Premium, nor you I have the Free component installed. Personally it isn’t something that I need as I’m able to handle that by myself.

However, if you have Avast Clean Up Premium Installed (paid for version) then it should clean up what it reports. So you would to give more details as to what it reported and what it couldn’t clean. It is only the Free Avast Clean Up component that basically reports the issues but can’t clean them. Hoping that you would purchase the paid version.

Are these problems only present in the Avast Clean Up Premium scan ?
Or is it happening after you have run a Smart Scan (as that runs other scans) as this is certainly promoting other avast paid products. So this could be where the confusion lies.
