Avast Clean Up purchase

Hi I just purchased the Clean Up function bill went through got confirmation email and code but everytime i try to activate with the code i get this error message :The request cannot be processed at this moment, please try again later . (-1)

Thanks , tried both methods but not working what can i do ? I have the confirmation email i could post here at least maybe get the money back ?
