Having a problem trying to Activate my Cleanup License. I’m informed that “The number of successful activations has reached the limit” and tells me to buy a new license. In Avast Settings - Tools, I am advised that my License is ‘Valid’ until 8/9/2016. I have no intentions of paying for another license when my existing one is still current. How can I have this problem rectified.
Hi Eddy, Yes I have tried ‘my.avast.com’ - same story, Buy a new license. Yes I did install Cleanup multiple times. I was trying to get Win 10 and Win 7 to dual boot on separate Hard Drives and was having a number of problems. So I would have re-installed both systems (on the same computer) a number of times, but I would’nt have thought that would make any difference - it does’nt with most programs.
Hi Eddy. Removed all devices bar the one current one. Waited for about 7 hours and tried to activate through the account - no luck.
I’ll give it overnight and try. I’ve also got a VPN with Avast, but I’ll not be renewing that when it’s due. Thanks for your help so far,

All the Activations codes are limited to a certain number of activations. Though License files can be used an unlimited number of times, there are no license files for Cleanup.
@sarabaite, I cannot reset it right now as I am not at the office but I’ll do it tomorrow (Monday) morning and will notify you here
