HOW DO I KNOW WHO THE AUTO RENEW IS WITH…WHY CAN AVAST NOT STOP THE RENEWAL…I AM SORRY I TRIED THE CLEAN UP…AND I DO NOT WANT TO RENEW IT…IT SEEMS AVAST HAS THERE OWN PROBLEMS WITH THEIR SOFTWARE…HOW DO WE KNOW IF AVAST PREMIUM HAS A BACKDOOR?..
Look at your administration to see who processed the payment.
avast can and will cancel the auto-renewal if you ask them to do so.
The backdoor was not in software from avast as they didn’t owned Piriform when CCleaner was compromised.
