Avast Cleanup Premium nothing when I click Resolve on Win 10

I just purchased Avast Cleanup Premium. When I run Cleanup and click Resolve, it just sets there. I can get it to run “Optimize” by skipping cleanup. However, I did pay for the cleanup option as well. Any suggestions?
