Dear Avast,
I would like to ask for some help. I have been trying to use the cleanup premium feature (which I have already paid for) but it seems to hang at Step 1 and cannot proceed beyond that. I have tried the conventional methods like restarting Avast and my Computer but to no avail. Could I get some assistance on this issue? Thank you.
