I bought the Avast VPN software but meant to purchase the Avast Cleanup software. I just noticed this today when I received a notification that my Avast Cleanup was expiring (today).
I sent a message requesting cancellation and refund of Avast VPN, but the fill-in-form would not allow me to explain that what I really want to do is have Avast Cleanup instead.
Can you help transfer that license from Avast VPN to Avast Cleanup?
When contacting support, (via https://support.avast.com/en-ww/contact/sales) please select “I need help with a different subscription or billing issue” instead of “I want a refund” and explain your request in the “Details” section.
