avast client status not detect in the avast console

Hello,

I have a problem regarding avast installation, I’m using avast EPSP, after I installed the avast,
in the avast console, the pc status is green, but after a while, it suddenly become black…
the pc client and the server can communicate each other…
Really need help to find the solution…

Check the client check in audit log to see if they are listed as banned or if they show at all. Could be a license issue if they show as banned, if they dont show at all then more likely a communications issue
