Avast complains about Dragon NaturallySpeaking Rich Internet Application Support

Avast keeps trying to remove the Dragon NaturallySpeaking Rich Internet Application Support extension in Firefox. It states that it has a poor reputation. If that is so, why is there no mention of it either on the main web site or in these forums? Also, after I’ve marked the action as ignore, why does Avast keep trying to have me remove it? IAW what does ‘ignore’ mean?
