Perhaps this topic has already been brought up, but… ever since I installed Avast Antivirus 4.6, my computer’s been running a lot slower lately.
My Winzip files take forever to load and when I press ctrl+alt+delete to open the task manager window and end the process “ashserv.exe,” my computer starts running a lot faster!
Is there any way I can fix this problem and keep Avast running?!!
Are you using the Trial version?
Did you schedule any on-demand scanning to run?
Do you have any other antivirus installed in your computer? Which one?
Which is your operational system?
I would say, you never took the time to familiarize with Avast.
I suggest you do so and setup Avast to your needs.
