Avast console popping up by itself as if you clicked on system tray icon

It opens up randomly on the account section (from sidebar), load wheel spinning for a while before flashing “The online content is unavailable”. Has anyone else been experiencing this?

I’m experiencing this just now, on two separate computers. Its the “Account” tab that shows as well. I’m thinking this must be an Avast server problem?

I am having the same problem. It just started.

Definitely looks like a server problem to me… Given it’s popping up right now and I have a connection to the internet because I’m responding to this thread. Looks like it might be Domain wide as the Avast Site is moving slower than usual.

server error…i just minimized it for now and covered it up till avast gets it fixed

Not fixed for me. Still doing the same thing, cannot connect to my account.

I had no problems with my Avast program but Avast.com and forum were working very slowly at some point, but it’s back to normal.
