avast constantly blocking hxxp://redirect.ad-feeds.net/impressions/

I’m getting noticeably slower internet speeds and a pop-up every 5 seconds notifying me that avast blocked hxxp://redirect.ad-feeds.net/impressions/. I need help please.
I have the attachments for mbam,FRST,and aswMBR. I am not being redirected but I am tired of these popups and my streaming is alot slower. Thanks in advance.

Here is the aswMBR log

This is the aswMBR visualization scan

Let me know if this stops it
