Avast constantly blocking url when using Google search

I know this problem has already been addressed with other users. I have the same issue and can’t seem to get rid of it. Every time I perform a Google search in a Firefox browser, the Avast Network Shield detects and blocks a malicious URL. When I click on a link that I have searched, sometimes it will redirect but not always. It has the same “ppcnewsfeed.com/feed?” as the other user had.
I also downloaded and ran AdwCleaner, MBAM, OTL, and aswMBR. Logs are attached.
The problem hasn’t ever occurred with IE9.

Let me know if this fixes it

Warning This fix is only relevant for this system and no other, using on another computer may cause problems

Be advised that when the fix commences it will shut down all running processes and you may lose the desktop and icons, they will return on reboot

Run OTL
