avast constantly preventing chrome from opening a webpage

and I can not understand which tab or app or extension is trying to open that page
how can I find out which tab is doing that?
or is there some kind of a virus constantly trying to go to that page

Were you intending to visit the site ?

Start by Clearing the browser cache - If not start by clearing your browser cache and cookies,including 3rd party cookies and restart your browser.
If that resolves it you should be good to go.
If it doesn’t try running your browser with add-ons disabled.

If that resolves it, have you added or updated any add-ons ?
If so try disabling that add-on - and restart and try again.

No, avast just pops up randomly and says chrome is trying to go to this malicious websight, always the same websight.
I cleaned cookies and cache, restarted, disabled all the extensions and it still pops every 15minutes or so
Maybe it is another app requesting chrome to go to this page? running in the background?

Have you done a full scan of your PC?

What about page notifications? Here: chrome://settings/content/notifications ? Do you have all cleared?
