Avast continues to crash even when doing uninstall

Version: 17.8.2138
Windows 10

So i have gone through every fix i have read on here, including the long process of doing a clean install, through safe mode and the Remote Desktop Services fix and it still crashes every 20 seconds. The only thing it can do right now is a smart scan, and it even crashes for that as well. below is SS of what happens when it crashes.
