After upgrading my Mac Desktop to the latest OS - I keep getting pop ups about allowing Avast Coordinator to have access — constant pop ups - very annoying and I have to click Don’t Allow or Allow – The other Avast tools I have provided Accessibility access under Privacy and Security – but I search for “Avast Coordinator” on my hard drive - and nothing come up… How do I fix…???

I am also getting the popup that reads: "Avast Coordinator.app” would like to access data from other apps. There does not seem to be a solution anywhere on the 'net. I cannot locate any app called “Avast Coordinator.app”

Got the same problem. Googled the suggestion by JustaGuy - but didn’t get any useful links from the search.
Did anyone ever get an answer on this? I googled how to fix: Avast Coordinator and didn’t get an answer and I’m sick of these pop ups!
I’ve gone down this rabbit hole a couple of times. The problem for me is that “Avast Coordinator” doesn’t show up as an App anywhere.
The suggested fixes don’t match the screens in MAC OS15.
All of my Avast applications (Premium, Anti-Track, Cleanup, VPN) all have Full Disk Access
Where in the new OS settings do we go to - Privacy & Security/Accessibility doesn’t seem to be where Avast should be - but even if it is; which Avast App should be listed?
Any help would be great

Got this reply from Avast support and it seems to be working so far!! Below the suggestions by the AVAST support:
"I understand you keep getting a pop-up asking you to allow Avast Coordinator, and I’ll do my best to help.
This is a genuine request, and it’s related only to the Avast application. We recommend allowing access. If the pop-up continues to show, please follow the steps below:
1. In the Apple menu, click the Apple icon, then select System Settings…
2. Click Privacy & Security, then select Full Disk Access.
3. Click +.
4. Select your system disk, then select Library ▸ Application Support ▸ AvastHUB ▸ Avast Coordinator ▸ Open.
5. If prompted, enter the password that you use when you start your Mac, and click Modify Settings.
6. Ensure that the slider next to Avast Coordinator on the Full Disk Access page is ON.
7. The Avast Coordinator now has full disk access, and the pop-up notification stops appearing."

Instructions that reflect the new “locations” in the latest MacOS (15). I don’t know why the location (Library/Application Support/AvastHub/Avast Coordinator) wasn’t given in some of the earlier threads on this issue - that has been around for sometime.
Since the rogue application is now specifically given access - I sure hope I don’t see that message any more. Now to fix my other Macs.
I was able to Google Justaguy’s suggestion (before seeing Pradeep5’s message) and the instructions are the same - it’s only been a few minutes, but so far, no popups. Hoping this works. Pasting instructions here, which are very similar to Pradeep5’s instructions:

This thread is great. I found it because my Google search gave instructions about granting full access to the app. BUT, there’s a problem. “AvastHub” does not show up! A full search of my system disk does not show AvastHub or Avast Coordinator.app. I have a theory. I rebuilt my MacOs on a different macbook using the time machine backup from my previous macbook. That could be the problem and to test my theory, I am going to uninstall and then re-install Avast premium security.
