Avast corporate communications

Hello
I’m a very dissatisfied “customer” and I’m going round in circles trying to contact this company (which seems to be acting in a scam like way)
I am trying to organise a refund for a sum charged to my credit card which I did not agree to… I tried to cancel my free subscription online but was charged nevertheless… can anyone help me/advise me re this issue?
