avast! Critical Error

So, when I finished to configure the settings i restarted my PC
When it turns on the taskbar blocks unfortunatelly and my PC become BLOCKED…i cant start any program I cant do anything…I must tell you that i set the level of heuristics HIGH ,at all Shields and i mark all fields SCAN FOR POTENTIALLY UNWANTED PROGRAMS(PUPs)
CAN SOMEONE HELP ME??
I WILL SCAN WITH GMER V1.0 to find any rootkit that can harm my PC when i install AVAST!6.0 free version

did you just install avast ? did you remove the previous used AV before installing avast ? have you run a removal tool so all leftovers are gone ?
