I’m a developer and am finding that new versions of applications get Deep Scanned by Avast when tested on My Windows 7 machines. Which is fair enough, but recently I find that Windows 7 gets knocked into Win XP Display mode when the scan kicks off. Windows blames Avast for this behavior.
Avast Version 2015.10.0.2208
I would imagine that if you are developing something involving the display mode that it would… if not I don’t see the relation.
Either way just add the folder(s) that you are working on to the exclusions to stop it from flagging.
