Avast deleted a Program

I went to open a photo editing program, up pops an avast message telling me and that (I forgot the exact word) was found, that it was going to be put into a “chest” then poof the shortcut is gone and when I went to programs and tried to open it from there I received the msg that the .exe could not be found.

is the program gone for good? where is this “chest” ?

I ran a smart scan and am being told I have network problems, I am the only one on it, what kind of problems would i have as there is NO explanation of the problems. If I click on the resolve all what happens?

if you have not rebooted........ right click avast tray icon and select show last popup

The message says "Avast File System has blocked a threat. No further action is required.

thanks i have been using the MS Digital Image Suite 2006 day in and day out. Unless this occurred this afternoon before I tried to open the program then I suppose it was a false positive.

How do I get the program back up and running? I don’t want to do further damage?
