Avast deleted my USB flash system files

Hey…
After scanning my USB flash with avast it moves the USB system files to chest… and the USB became unrecognized by the windows “8.1”…

;can’t fix this problem by “restore and add to exclusions” from the avast virus chest…? as the flash not recognized any more to restore files to it.
also can’t fix this problem by formatting the flash by the windows "windows was unable to complete the format. "
, neither using the command prompt “error: the parameter is incorrect …see the system event log for more information”
, also tried “m3 data recovery software for raw drive recovery” …“failed to fix raw drive”
…On Disc management: "(F:) 1.96 GB RAW Healthy (Primary Partition)
The system files are their in the virus chest but can’t restore them to the flash.
So; any help to fix this problem? ???

can’t perform scanning to the usb flash as it’s either unrecognized and not displaying… or appearing as a drive (F) in the PC window but behave as unrecognized.
