Avast deletes wrong file - ECG doesn´t work - very dangerous!!!

Hello Avast!

Since two days, Avast kills our customer-installations of our ecg-software. That is very dangerous, may kill someone with heart-problems!!!

The wrong deleted file is BLPINT.DLL ! Can you say something about that?!?

We have to shut down the Avast-Scanner and install our software a second time on every workstation with Avast, that´s very annoying!

We think about to send you a bill…we have got over 1000 customers…

Report it as false positive by emailing to avast their address is virus at avast dot com. Put your subject heading as “False positive” without the quotes.

Making threats solves nothing. Working with Avast to solve the problem does.
