avast detect virus on winsxs

hello
i have avast free versión 8.0.1488.
Windows 7
and i started the scan and it detected thousand of virus on WINSXS.and the scan was really really slow(10 hours)(normal 1 hour)
im using avast free antivirus for years and it was always perfect.
my pc is perfect i didnt do weird stuffs.
i downloaded INTERNET EXPLORER 10 a few days ago because i got it like an important Windows updates and i Heard they are getting problems.
is it normal?is it a avast problem?avast detect like virus but it is ok?
maybe the best option is uninstall IE 10?i got virus?
thanks

sounds like you may have a file infector…

what malware name does avast give the files detected?

the scan still working.the last one patch i got are:
internet explorer 10 Windows 7 x64 30-4-2013
patch security win 7 (kb2840149).

stop the scan?it is really slow 1mb/sec
i got 4900 virus at the scan right now.and it s really slow on Windows/winsxs

there should be a malware name… something like Win32:Downloader-TDP [Trj ?

how can i know the malware name?the full scan is working right now.tell me how i can see it

any idea?

Have you just updated windows ?

yep i just updated it.
internet explorer 10.i did the avast scan twice and the second one was perfect(45 minutes like always)0 virus.
positive virus fake maybe.i dont know.
uninstall the last update(ie10)?

Yes Avast appears to have a problem with the winsxs folder during an update, a scan when updates have finished reveal nothing
