I need to temporary disabled avast protection in order to re-install program and use program which is using this file, you can find these file here

Thank you for your kind support. ;D

and what virus name did avast give the file?

Could you please check it out whether it is a real virus or not.
you can do that...upload file (LIBZPLAY.DLL) to www.virustotal.com and test with 40+ malware scanners (if tested before, click new scan) post link to scan result here

alternatives: www.metascan-online.com / www.jotti.org

Thanks Pondus for your fast replied.

I tried >> www.virustotal.com >> No threat detected
www.metascan-online.com >> No threat detected
www.jotti.org >> No threat detected

Sorry, I didn’t captured any screen detection(I forgot to do that). It happened this problem today after updating the virus database.

Thank you.

you just gave link to virustotal.com … not to scan result
you copy the link in your browser after scan … and post that here

You can upload files and report issues to avast lab here: http://www.avast.com/contact-form.php (select subject according to Your case)

you can use mail

send to virus@avast.com in a password protected zip file
mail subject: False Positive / undetected sample (select subject according to your case)
zip password: infected

or you can send files from avast chest
how to use the chest. http://www.avast.com/faq.php?article=AVKB21

Try it again with links.

i guess the avast detection was Win32:Evogen[Susp] = Suspicious ?

anyway, use the instructions above and report it to avast lab so they can fix it

Thanks Pondus. I’ll try that methods to report the problem. ;D
