Avast detecting itself as malware??

So, i turn on my laptop today. Avast said it blocked a malicious URL. The URL was http://s.program.avast.com/api/?action Isn’t that a legit Avast site? Avast webshield said it can harm me? Please help me

It is not an official avast webpage as far I can see.
I’m not sure.
