Avast! detecting malware that I can't get rid of.

Whenever I open a web browser, Avast shows a pop up showing the following threat:

Object: http://26714.t.c.adlinker.net/
Infection: URL:Mal
Process: C:\Windows\syswow64\svchost.exe

Have ran a couple of malware cleaners (ComboFix and Adwcleaner) and neither of them have resolved the issue. I saw a different thread showing a fix, but it was specific to that user’s computer and the person assisting him suggested opening a new thread to fix this issue. Please help!
