For whatever reason Avast keeps spamming me with notifications that “We’ve safely aborted connection on (local ip) because it was infected with URL:ExploitKit” The IP is always the same IP and it is my Xbox One.
Why would Avast detect this as malware? I’m so confused.

It’s happened again as I was making this post
https://i.ibb.co/N9T7kxF/exploitkit2.png
seem like a false positive
but if in doubt do a scan of malwarebytes and kaspersky
malwarebytes
https://br.malwarebytes.com/
kaspersky
https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads/thank-you/free-virus-removal-tool
if not solve
could be a mistake
do a clean install
Uninstall avast
https://support.avast.com/en-us/article/10/
install avast
https://www.avast.com/en-us/installation-files
if not solve
put IP in the exception
you’ve already done a clean install?
you did a recent system restore?
which system operational?
which version of avast?
what security system do you have besides avast ?
note: sometimes system restoration causes this.
when avast self-defense is active
menu/configuration/Problems solution. enable self-defense
