Url:Mal warnings could be shield blocks for a general block of the IP the domain is on, so if there is other bad webhosting on that IP avast! analysts may have set a general block for that particular IP, and that is what I think it is. As you have send the FP report did you include a link to the support forum link, because that can be important to avast! team members to reconsider the blcking.
