Avast did not honour my existing contract !!!??

Today I received a warning that my existing Pro contract would run out in 29 days.

On it were TWO options: renew or renew to Pro with Internet security.

It mentioned that my end date would be taken into account, hence I should get 13 months when renewing… The Order button on the screen did NOT work… nothing happened when clicking on it.
So in the end I went to the ‘shop’ and found the same offer there, for 39,95… paid, downloaded and installed.

Now I see that the end date is 15/11/2013… taking away the remaining 29 days I still had.

What’s up with that folks !!?? :-\

Please contact sales[at]avast.com, they’ll fix it for you.
